"Kia - Taking things to the next level." Exactly WHERE is the next level??
Techniques of persuasion used: Celebrity, Wealth,Macho,Nature
The ad is about the new car that Kia just released. It also shows Blake Griffin doing an unbelievable dunk. The most effective techniques of persuasion used was CELEBRITY. At first, I thought the ad was about Blake dunking over a car again. It didn't amaze me. Because first if all, it just shows Blake doing a impossible dunk and not much more details about the car.
These persuading techniques were used so that people would buy a car because Blake was with it in the commercial. Maybe he does trust the brand but that doesn't mean you buy it to. That's why people buy these kinds of product; celebrities have it and people think it could be wormy their time.
I suggest those who are reading and watching the ad to just laugh at the commercial. The advertisement isn't persuading enough. The way Kia put Blake Griffin was a smart but cheap technique to persuade people.
